I create content about Fine & Rare Champagne and Wine. Long videos for YouTube and short videos for Instagram, YouTube shorts and TikTok I have created several videos that have gained over 100k views, and the most watched is approaching one million views. I started creating short videos regularly in spring 2024 and longer videos for YouTube regularly in summer 2024. I am independent, meaning I only review wines that I have bought myself on my channel. When I started, I made the decision to dedicate the next 3-5 years of my life to content creation, and I am already enjoying the journey.

I'm an independent writer. "Drinking Dom Pérignon 1921 to 2013" is my first book about wine. I've spent 19 years drinking Dom Pérignon from ten different decades, resulting in 598 rating points and 280 tasting notes summarised yearly to follow the development of the cuvées of Dom Pérignon since 2005. Within my book, you will find 68 beautiful openings with photos of the empty Dom Pérignon bottles. The bottles are as they were, showing the reality of hunting rare bottles and drinking them.
